About The Position

The CFO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, overseeing all financial operations, investor relations, capital raising, and corporate strategy. This individual must have a proven track record in investment banking, Wall Street finance, Big 4 audit, and executive-level leadership at publicly traded companies. A strong background in digital healthcare is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will bring strategic financial insight, deep capital markets expertise, and experience navigating the complexities of a publicly listed company.

Requirements

MBA or equivalent degree from a top-tier business school (Harvard, Stanford, Wharton, etc.)
15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
Investment banking, Wall Street finance experience (e.g. Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, Bain Capital) is required.
Previous experience as CFO or senior finance executive in a publicly traded company is mandatory.
Extensive experience in IPOs, public and private fundraising, M&A, and investor relations.
Strong understanding of SEC reporting, GAAP, SOX compliance, and corporate governance.
Exceptional ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and articulate complex financial strategies to investors and board members.

Nice To Haves

A strong background in digital healthcare is highly desirable.
Expertise in biotech, life sciences, or healthcare is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the company's financial strategy to support business growth, innovation, and long-term value creation.
Lead equity and debt financing activities, including IPO readiness, secondary offerings, and private placements.
Oversee SEC filings, SOX compliance, and financial reporting to ensure adherence to GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
Serve as a primary liaison with Wall Street analysts, Institutional investors, Family Offices, Sovereign Wealth Funds and industry stakeholders to communicate the company's financial performance and strategic vision.
Identify and execute M&A and LBOopportunities, strategic partnerships, and licensing deals to accelerate growth and expand the company's portfolio.
Implement financial controls, risk mitigation strategies, and operational efficiencies to optimize financial performance.
Partner with the CEO, Board of Directors, and senior leadership team to shape corporate strategy and drive financial decision-making.
