The Chief Financial Officer will serve as a strategic architect of the company's next phase of growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will provide executive leadership for all financial strategy, corporate finance, capital management, compliance, and performance optimization across a multi-state operating platform. This is not a traditional accounting role. The CFO will build institutional-grade financial infrastructure, elevate operational finance and Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) capabilities, enhance margin discipline, and position the organization for scalable growth, mergers and acquisitions activity, and long-term value creation. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable in the boardroom, the bank, and the field, translating frontline operational realities into strategic planning and enterprise outcomes.
