About The Position

As one of the nation's leading ethanol producers, we're seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our Executive Leadership Team. As CFO, you'll be a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors, leading the company's financial strategy while helping shape its future. This is a unique opportunity to influence key business decisions, support strategic growth, and lead a high-performing finance organization in a dynamic, commodity-based industry.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required.
Executive leadership experience overseeing corporate finance and accounting functions.
Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, treasury management, internal controls, and strategic financial planning.
Knowledge of commodity markets, hedging strategies, and enterprise risk management.
Demonstrated success leading teams, driving organizational performance, and partnering with executive leadership and Boards of Directors.

Nice To Haves

MBA, Master's degree, or CPA designation preferred.
Experience in manufacturing, agriculture, renewable fuels, or other commodity-based industries preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the company's financial strategy and long-term fiscal performance.
Partner with the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, and Board of Directors on strategic initiatives and business decisions.
Oversee finance, accounting, treasury, purchasing, tax strategy, enterprise risk management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Evaluate acquisitions, capital investments, and growth opportunities.
Strengthen financial controls, governance, and risk management.
Lead and develop a high-performing Finance and Purchasing team while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
