About The Position

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing RK Pharma’s financial operations, strategy, and controls. This position partners closely with senior leadership to ensure the company remains financially disciplined, operationally efficient, and positioned for steady growth. This is not a purely strategic or advisory role. The CFO at RK Pharma is expected to be hands-on, deeply familiar with the numbers, and comfortable working in a scrappy, growing environment where systems continue to mature.
