This role is responsible for shaping and executing OPW’s financial and business strategies to drive profitable growth, margin expansion, and long‑term value creation across a global platform. The CFO plays a critical role in capital allocation, performance management, and portfolio evolution, including organic investment and mergers and acquisitions. In addition, the CFO leads OPW’s finance organization and oversees Compliance and Ethics, ensuring strong financial controls, regulatory compliance, and alignment with Dover enterprise standards. The role interfaces closely with Dover Clean Energy & Fueling segment leadership and Dover Corporate, providing enterprise connectivity, insight, and governance.
