We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team at Element Automotive Partners in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with the ability to manage financial operations across more than four dealership locations. This role is perfect for someone with 5-10 years of experience who is eager to take on a leadership position and contribute to the financial success of our dealerships through exceptional cash management processes and automation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structure across multiple dealership locations.
• Coordinate, analyze, and report the financial performance to Management and Board of Directors.
• Prepare short and long-term financial forecasts of financial performance for use with internal management and external parties.
• Oversee audit and tax functions, coordinate activities with outside audit firms and review firms' performance.
• Develop, implement, and maintain accounting and administrative policies and procedures for a wide-ranging set of activities including financial accounting and reporting.
• Implement and manage cash management processes and automation to enhance financial efficiency.
