About The Position

This role provides strategic and operational financial leadership for the Provider division, partnering closely with senior business leaders to drive growth and performance. As the CFO, you will oversee divisional financial planning, reporting, and analysis, while building and mentoring a high-performing finance team. You will influence key commercial decisions, optimize operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with financial and regulatory standards. The position requires a balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution, supporting initiatives ranging from forecasting and pricing strategy to M&A and investor relations. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master’s preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in divisional finance or equivalent leadership roles
  • Proven leadership in building, developing, and retaining high-performing finance teams
  • Strong experience in services, technology, and/or healthcare industries
  • Expertise in financial modeling, commercial finance, FP&A, and achieving strategic goals in growth environments
  • Knowledge of revenue recognition principles across multiple product or service lines
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience with M&A, due diligence, and acquisition integration

  • Experience in healthcare technology or life sciences
  • Proven ability to lead transformation initiatives integrating technology into large-scale services organizations

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the division’s objectives and market opportunities
  • Partner with business leaders to drive growth, including forecasting, pricing strategy, and sales commission planning
  • Lead annual strategic planning (3-year) and budgeting (1-year) processes, providing timely financial insights
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, KPIs, and statements to executives and boards as needed
  • Drive operational discipline, ensure compliance, and support privacy and security initiatives
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with corporate finance on M&A, business intelligence, cash flow management, and investor relations
  • Challenge assumptions, identify gaps, and drive actionable plans to improve financial performance
