About The Position

This role offers a strategic leadership opportunity to oversee the financial direction of a high-growth Provider division. The CFO, Provider will be embedded in the business, partnering closely with the division’s President and GM to guide financial strategy, drive operational discipline, and support growth initiatives. This position balances hands-on financial oversight, including FP&A, reporting, and M&A activities, with high-level strategic influence, providing insights to executive leadership. The role also includes building and mentoring a high-performing finance team and ensuring alignment with corporate financial goals. It requires collaboration across commercial, operational, and investor-facing functions while maintaining compliance and operational excellence. Your work will directly impact division growth, profitability, and long-term strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; Master’s Degree and CPA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in divisional or corporate finance roles, preferably in services, technology, or healthcare.
  • Proven team leadership experience, including talent development and retention of high-performing teams.
  • Strong financial modeling, FP&A, and commercial finance expertise.
  • Knowledge of revenue recognition across multiple services and software products.
  • Experience in executive presentations and influencing cross-functional teams.
  • M&A experience, including due diligence and integration.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate in a high-growth environment with autonomy and strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the financial strategy for the Provider division, aligned with growth objectives and market opportunities.
  • Partner with business leaders on forecasting, pricing strategy, sales commissions, and strategic planning.
  • Lead annual strategic planning (3-year) and budgeting (1-year) processes, providing accurate insights for decision-making.
  • Oversee preparation and presentation of comprehensive financial reports, KPIs, and metrics to executive leadership and boards.
  • Drive operational discipline, financial compliance, and support privacy and security initiatives.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Support M&A activities, business intelligence, cash flow management, and investor relations.
  • Identify gaps, challenge assumptions, and implement plans to drive financial and operational improvements.
