The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) provides executive leadership and oversight of Oak Grove Technologies’ (OGT) financial strategy, ensuring fiscal integrity, operational efficiency, and compliance in support of the company’s mission and government contracting operations. This role is responsible for directing all financial functions—including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and audit management—while aligning financial planning with corporate objectives and regulatory standards. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO partners closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Growth Officer (CGO), and other senior leaders to drive strategic decision-making, optimize financial performance, and position OGT for sustainable growth. The CFO serves as a trusted advisor, overseeing contract pricing, financial compliance, and risk management to ensure the company’s continued success in a competitive, federally regulated environment.
