The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key member of the executive leadership team and the company’s senior financial and capital strategy executive, with broad responsibility for financial strategy, capital structure, banking and investor relationships, treasury, accounting, compliance, and long-term growth. A central focus of the role is securing and structuring capital to support large-scale land acquisitions, site improvements, development activities, and the company’s continued growth. This is a strategic, relationship-driven role focused on building and managing the company’s financial relationships, capital partnerships, and strategic transactions. The CFO provides executive oversight of the accounting and finance function — including treasury, financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, and compliance. The CFO operates comfortably at both strategic and detailed levels, engaging directly in complex financing transactions, acquisition and development proformas, lender covenants, cash flow planning, and entity structures.
