The primary mission of this role is to accelerate revenue growth and capture market share for our newly acquired and adjacent products by successfully leading the end-to-end GTM integration, customer migration, and market expansion strategies. The SAP SuccessFactors GTM team drives growth at scale for the SuccessFactors business, creating market differentiation for SAP people-centric solutions and engaging with a broader GTM ecosystem on an aligned SAP HXM Go-To-Market strategy to support customer success. This team, brings innovation to market, igniting and aligning different sources of growth for the business and collaborating with a broad set of regional and global stakeholders. Chief Experts play a critical role in elevating SAP SuccessFactors solutions, technologies and partners in market share through direct and scaled field engagement. Chief Experts work across Board Areas and Lines of Business to provide practical context for field-facing stakeholders including AEs/IAEs, PreSales, CSPs as well as partnering with the commercial, marketing, product and strategy teams to represent GTM in each respective area.
