Chief Executive Officer
About The Position
The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for the overall day-to-day hospital operations, strategic leadership, planning, development, direction, coordination, and control of activities within patient care, clinical, and clinical support service areas. This role works collaboratively with leaders and staff to ensure quality patient care is delivered cost-effectively. The CEO plans and directs the short and long-range objectives/goals of the company to meet financial and non-financial goals, ensuring synergy between people, processes, and strategies to execute business objectives. This position is responsible for attracting, training, developing, and retaining talent, and driving revenue growth through new business strategies. The CEO communicates key information to stakeholders and ensures compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Business or related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive responsibility in Healthcare Administration
- Proficiency in computer operations including word processing
- Demonstrates community commitment
- Ability to lead at all levels of management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
