About The Position

ARC Community Services, Inc. is seeking an inspiring, visionary, and results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our organization into its next chapter of growth and impact. This is a rare opportunity to guide one of Wisconsin's most respected human service organizations—an agency that has shaped the landscape of women-responsive services for nearly 50 years through innovation, advocacy, and an unwavering commitment to women and families. The next CEO will build upon this strong foundation, working alongside a dedicated team to advance ARC's mission, expand its impact, and help define the future of services that empower women, strengthen families, and transform communities across Wisconsin. Since 1976, ARC Community Services has been dedicated to helping women reclaim their lives, recognize their inherent worth, and build healthier futures for themselves, their children, and their families. What began as a single residential program has evolved into a comprehensive network of outpatient and residential services supporting women throughout Wisconsin through evidence-based, trauma-informed, and women-responsive care. ARC Community Services is a private, nonprofit organization specializing in women-responsive, family-centered, and trauma-informed services. ARC provides integrated, community-based support that strengthens the mother-child bond, promotes family stability, and addresses the complex challenges faced by women affected by substance use disorders, trauma, criminal justice involvement, exploitation, and economic instability. ARC develops and implements innovative programs informed by current research, best practices, and independent evaluation. The organization has been a leader in creating and sustaining women-responsive federal and state pilot and demonstration projects designed to improve outcomes for women and their families.
