Pregnancy Care Center's (PCC) mission is to save lives and strengthen families. PCC exists to offer hope and help to those facing unplanned pregnancy, many of whom are at-risk youth. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) provides strategic, operational, and spiritual leadership for Pregnancy Care Center (PCC). The CEO leads the development and execution of PCC's mission, vision, and organizational strategy while ensuring long-term sustainability, growth, and organizational health. The CEO supervises the executive leadership team and oversees all program, medical, operational, financial, and mission advancement functions. The CEO represents PCC to donors, churches, civic partners, government entities, and the broader public. The CEO ensures services are delivered with excellence, the team remains healthy and mission-centered, and PCC maintains the highest standards of Christian ministry, client care, fiscal stewardship, and regulatory compliance. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, public administration, ministry leadership, or a related field is required.
  • Seven to ten years of senior or executive leadership experience is preferred, ideally in a nonprofit, healthcare, ministry, or social service environment.
  • Demonstrated success leading teams, fundraising, and building organizational capacity.
  • A valid driver's license and ability to be insured under PCC's automobile insurance are required.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership Lead the creation, implementation, and evaluation of multi-year strategic plans that support mission fulfillment and organizational growth.
  • Establish annual organizational priorities and align all departments to these goals.
  • Promote a healthy, collaborative, mission-centered organizational culture.
  • Board Governance and Organizational Accountability Serve as the primary liaison to the Board of Directors with timely reporting on finances, programs, operational health, and risk.
  • Support the Board's governance responsibilities with thoughtful analysis and recommendations.
  • Implement Board-approved goals, policies, and strategic direction.
  • Leadership and Staff Development Lead and supervise the executive leadership team, including VP-level leaders.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, transparency, and accountability.
  • Ensure leadership development and succession readiness across the organization.
  • Fundraising and External Relations Provide leadership for all revenue-generating activities, including major gifts, campaigns, grants, events, and partnerships.
  • Build and steward relationships with major donors, churches, foundations, and civic partners.
  • Represent PCC at events in ways that communicate mission, values, and impact.
  • Operational Oversight Ensure all programs, including medical services, are delivered with excellence and meet ethical and regulatory expectations.
  • Oversee risk management, compliance, policy development, and organizational safety.
  • Support cross-departmental integration and operational efficiency.
  • Financial Stewardship Oversee the annual budget process with the VP of Finance and present budgets to the Board.
  • Monitor financial performance to maintain fiscal health and stewardship.
  • Ensure financial practices meet accepted nonprofit and legal standards.
  • Community and Public Engagement Serve as a primary spokesperson for PCC.
  • Maintain strong relationships with community organizations, civic groups, and public partners.
  • Strengthen PCC's reputation as a trusted, professional, and compassionate ministry.
  • Additional Responsibilities Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.
