About The Position

Chief Executive Officer opportunity located in Las Vegas, NV. Seeking immediate hire!
Salary: $180,000 - $210,000/annually
30% stock and 40% bonus (potential for $300,000 total comp)
Chief Executive Officer Opportunity:
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and the policies and procedures set forth by the Governing Board and Medical Staff, as well as Joint Commission standards
Oversee hospital operations and continuously assess and enhance the hospitals’ performance
Provide motivation and celebrate the achievements of your team along the way
Take responsibility for the patient census and actively participate in marketing services within the community
10-12 direct reports

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related healthcare field
• Five years of management experience in a healthcare industry, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a senior management position
• Experience with budget development, analysis and oversight, marketing for volume growth and program development
• Leadership experience in SNF, post-acute, or hospital
