About The Position

We are partnered with a highly profitable and rapidly growing technology services business operating across IT asset disposition, technology lifecycle services, hardware trading and emerging AI infrastructure. The business has established a strong position in its market and is now looking for an experienced leader to take the organisation into its next phase of growth. This is a hands-on CEO role focused on bringing greater structure, efficiency and scalability to an already successful business. Working closely with the existing leadership team, you will take ownership across operations, people, finance, trading, systems and commercial processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading teams and making significant operational decisions.
• A track record of improving processes, efficiency and organisational structure.
• Strong commercial awareness within a revenue-generating environment.
• The technical understanding and confidence to engage with customers and teams.
• Excellent people leadership skills and the ability to build long-term employee loyalty.
• Strong problem-solving ability in complex, fast-moving environments.
• The drive to be visible, hands-on and actively involved in the business.

Nice To Haves

• May come from an ITAD, IT lifecycle, data centre services, third-party maintenance, reverse logistics or related technology services background.

• Overseeing budgets, compliance, HR and business systems.
• Identifying new revenue opportunities across technology lifecycle and data centre services.
• Representing the business with key customers, partners and industry stakeholders.
