About The Position
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will ensure compliance with state, federal, and regulatory agencies, and provide timely, accurate financial information, meeting or exceeding budget expectations. This role will enhance hospital visibility, addressing mental health and substance abuse needs in the community. The CEO will supervise the Leadership Team, acting as a liaison between physicians, patients, referral sources, and employees. They will collaborate with medical staff for quality care and service, ensure sufficient supervision and evaluations for all staff, and delegate as needed. Prioritizing positive guest relations, facility appearance, and professional, courteous staff is essential. The CEO will effectively communicate ideas, fostering collaborative problem-solving, and submit necessary weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older.

- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare and/or administration preferred
- Master’s degree preferred.
