About The Position

We are seeking a visionary and results‑driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our organization in the United States. The CEO will be responsible for setting the strategic direction, driving growth, and ensuring operational excellence across all business units. This senior leadership role reports directly to the Board of Directors and serves as the primary public face of the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (required).
• Demonstrated ability to think critically, make data‑driven decisions, and solve complex problems.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and influence internal and external audiences.
• Proven track record of ethical leadership and a commitment to corporate social responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a clear, long‑term strategic plan that aligns with the organization’s mission and market opportunities.
• Provide strong leadership and direction to the executive team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
• Oversee all operational aspects of the business, including finance, marketing, sales, product development, and human resources.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and shareholder value through effective business development and cost‑management initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, customers, regulators, and community leaders.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences, media engagements, and public events.
• Lead talent acquisition and succession planning for senior leadership roles.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to adapt strategies proactively.
