Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position at a hotel in NYC.
• Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Very strong skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, pool maintenance and all other aspects of the discipline.
• HVAC and CPO certifications a must.
• EIC preferred.
• Take pride in providing quality of service and ensuring our guests have a great experience.

Responsibilities

• Managing and supervising all of Engineering staff and the maintaining and maintenance of the hotel.
• Supervise the implementation of all property equipment preventive maintenance and repairs, monitoring life safety systems and utilities and administering the department in compliance with all corporate standards and local, state and national codes and regulations to protect assets, guests and associates.
• Preventive maintenance and repair of the hotel's mechanical/electrical systems and equipment, and for the general maintenance and upkeep of the physical plant, FF&E, grounds, swimming pool, etc.
