Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
Proven experience in a senior engineering leadership role, with a strong track record of successful project management
Excellent technical knowledge across relevant engineering disciplines
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
Proficiency with engineering software and tools
Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards applicable to the industry

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the engineering department, setting strategic goals and ensuring alignment with company objectives
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of engineering projects, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency
Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve technical issues
Develop and enforce engineering standards, policies, and procedures
Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, providing regular updates to senior management
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge
Mentor and develop engineering staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
