About The Position
The Chief Engineer will lead, train, and mentor an engineering team, keeping safety, service, and standards at the core. This role involves diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, managing inventory and scheduling, championing loss prevention and safety programs, and partnering with leadership on renovations and preventive maintenance projects to enhance the guest experience. The position requires strategic planning and execution of capital and engineering budgets.
Requirements
- 5+ years in engineering.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Budget & P&L experience.
- Knowledge of safety codes.
- Tech-savvy mindset: From CMMS to Workday, you don’t shy away from screens and systems.
- Flexible availability: Nights, weekends, or holidays—you’re ready when duty calls.
