As Chief, Division of Administration and Quality Improvement, Office of Children, Youth, and Families (OCYF), you will help shape important programs across the Department of Human Services. Requirements
- Seven years of professional behavioral health, correctional or juvenile justice experience which includes three years of experience supervising professional employees; or An equivalent combination of experience and training which includes three years of experience supervising professional behavioral health, correctional or juvenile justice employees.
- Must meet the PA residency requirement.
- Must be able to perform essential job functions.
- Satisfactory criminal history reports including, but not limited to, PA State Police clearance, PA Child Abuse history clearance, and FBI Fingerprint clearance.
Responsibilities
- Manage administrative and quality assurance functions across all Youth Development Centers and Youth Forestry Camps
- Develop long-term plans that guide administrative procedures and support mission goals
- Provide direction for policy, program development, and staff training to ensure compliance with laws and standards
- Review operational methods and recommend improvements that strengthen efficiency and accountability
- Advise leadership on budget, staffing, and material needs to support effective operations
