Chief Digital Innovation, Strategy & Content Marks & SVP, Propelis Hybrid in Chicago, Toronto or NY Reporting to Marks’ President, this Propelis SVP-level job (Chief Digital Innovation, Strategy & Content Officer at Marks) plays two critical roles within the agency — primarily leading the evolution of the Marks global business through innovation and product development that's centred on AI automation; and also consequently playing an active role leading global Digital Strategy, Digital Services and the Marks Content Solutions Practice. The successful candidate will be the hands-on driver of Marks technology strategy which includes not just setting the direction for which tools and tech processes drive Marks but also partnering with the engineering development team at 5Flow (Propelis’ Technology Company), as well as Adobe, AWS and other 3rd party partners who we are actively building solutions with. The remit involves leading the following Practice Areas: Digital Services Team , which is a matrixes SME team that provides the strategic, creative and content production guidance to all Marks CS and Creatives teams delivering this fast-growing set of services focused on e-COM and Social Activation to clients globally. Global Content Solutions , one inter-connected team which includes 10 photo studios, 150 CGI and visualization artists and re-touchers. Engineering & Structural Design & Global Digital Strategy

Requirements

  • Strategic & digitally minded agency executive, possibly having run an agency, or at a minimum has been a meaningful contributor to the leadership team
  • Must be technologically grounded and both knowledgeable and curious about how AI is going to transform the agency landscape
  • Ideally, very hands on with the tool’s agencies are using today, immersed in digital innovation and has likely come from CS or Strategy or general management in the past
  • Must be interested in the space Marks occupies in the marketing ecosystem, an agency with DNA in brand design, that is expanding rapidly in scaled digital content as well as creative campaigns and branded environments/experiential marketing with some of the coolest clients on the planet!
