Your Impact: The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to: Responsible for the Global Enterprise Technology, Global Digital Technology, Data & Analytics, Business Optimization, and Portfolio Management domains. Optimize operating platform for continued momentum in business, accelerating digital/technology transformation, and enhancing omnichannel capabilities. Design and deliver company strategy and outcomes, align teams to support short and long-term growth objectives. Achieve financial and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals and instill data driven ROI (Return on Investment) orientation to organization. Rapidly adapt to dynamic global consumer footwear and apparel market in an increasing climate of volatility, uncertainty and complexity. Develop a strategy and vision to ignite growth and sustained success. Manage cross-functional teams and to drive change initiatives to completion. Develop themes and relay them clearly to employees, peers and Board of Directors. Hybrid position; 20% domestic, 15% international travel required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field of study
  • 14 years of progressive experience in Strategic Data Management Technology development and optimization
  • Demonstrated experience with building organizational capabilities, prioritizing and identifying critical issues.
  • International business experience across North America, Asia and Europe.
  • Providing team leadership and ensuring a structure is in place to facilitate growth and development within an executive team.
  • Understanding of global dynamics of the consumer footwear and apparel markets and climate.
  • Ability to follow and monitor the business of large companies that are innovating successfully to gain insights and implementation strategies.
  • Experience leading a cross-functional leadership team to grow and develop business.
  • Experience creating enterprise technology, digital technology, data, and project and portfolio management across a business to drive growth rates.
  • Experience with strategic data management technology including infrastructure, engineering, cybersecurity, governance and compliance.
  • Experience using business strategy and operational insight to grow and develop business.
