The Chief Cultural Health Officer (CCHO) will work closely with key executives and program managers to identify needs and plan funding revenue streams for the cultural department activities. This role involves communicating information clearly for patient referral, scheduling and coordinating cultural activities, maintaining records, and providing direct supervision of cultural program staff. The CCHO will assess cultural components and incorporate them into client's holistic healing plans, determine the need for culturally based spiritual interventions, and manage cultural groups and meetings.
