About The Position

Symmetry Anesthesia is seeking an experienced and highly engaged Chief CRNA to lead their team at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Lake Pointe in Rowlett/Rockwall, Texas. This is a clinician-led anesthesia group focused on giving those closest to patient care a meaningful voice in practice operations. The role involves leading a team of approximately 19 CRNA FTEs, shaping the practice through input on staffing, scheduling, recruiting, and operational decisions, building a culture of accountability and teamwork, partnering with physician and hospital leadership, and maintaining a clinical practice. Symmetry Anesthesia emphasizes real autonomy, a transparent culture, a collaborative care team model with a maximum 1:4 MD ratio, and values the input of its leaders.

Responsibilities

Support, mentor, communicate with, and advocate for approximately 19 CRNA FTEs.
Have meaningful input into staffing, scheduling, recruiting, retention, workflows, and operational decisions.
Create an environment built around accountability, communication, teamwork, and respect.
Work closely with physician, hospital, and Symmetry leadership to continuously improve the practice.
Help build the kind of team clinicians actively want to join.
Stay connected to the OR and the clinicians you lead.
Bring ideas, identify opportunities, and help make better decisions.
