About The Position
The Specialty Alliance is seeking a dedicated Chief CRNA to join their anesthesia team at the Specialty Alliance Ambulatory Surgery Center. This role involves providing superior care and collaborating with CRNAs, Physicians, and ASC staff within a large, advanced private practice group. The position offers a leadership stipend, highly competitive compensation, and a sign-on bonus. It features no call, no nights, no weekends, and no holidays, with flexible scheduling and an independent CRNA practice model that allows for a high degree of autonomy.
Requirements
- CRNA Eligible state license
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for outpatient GI procedures
- Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and patient assessments
- Manage airway and anesthesia administration
- Monitor patients throughout procedures and recovery
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff
- Maintain compliance with clinical and safety standards
