About The Position
The Specialty Alliance is seeking a dedicated Chief CRNA to join their anesthesia team at an Ambulatory Surgery Center in Atlantis, FL. This role involves providing superior care and collaborating with CRNAs, Physicians, and ASC staff within a large, advanced private practice. The position offers a high degree of autonomy within an independent CRNA practice model, with no call, nights, weekends, or holidays, and flexible scheduling. The Chief CRNA will be responsible for anesthesia care for outpatient GI procedures, including pre-anesthesia evaluations, patient assessments, airway management, anesthesia administration, and patient monitoring throughout procedures and recovery. The role also requires collaboration with physicians, nurses, and support staff, and maintaining compliance with clinical and safety standards.
Requirements
