Chief Construction Inspector (CCI), Steam Ops - Steam Distribution, Performance and Projects
About The Position
The primary function of the Chief Construction Inspector (CCI) is to plan, direct, and supervise the activities of company Inspectors and Chief Inspectors in the oversight of construction work being undertaken by company contractors performing work on the steam distribution system. They must also maintain, protect, and support the integrity of the Con Edison utility systems with the project limits. The CCI is also responsible to develop and coordinate the implementation of contractor and company force construction work when necessary. The CCI is to ensure that all work is done in compliance with company rules, regulations, and specifications.
Requirements
- Must have experience in construction inspection.
- Must have experience in supervising inspectors.
- Must be knowledgeable of company rules, regulations, and specifications for steam distribution systems.
