Responsibilities

  • Provides excellent customer service to guests when registering or checking out.
  • Coordinates required Front Desk responsibilities to ensure accurate guest registration.
  • Coordinates with Hotel Training Manager to train new hire desk clerks.
  • Complete necessary daily reports in a timely manner.
  • Assists Front Desk employees with questions or problems that may arise.
  • Supports the Hotel Manager.
  • Provides positive comments to employees as well as corrective comments to negative actions.
  • Maintains daily break schedule.
  • Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies.
