About The Position

Rogue Community Health (RCH), a non-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) located in Jackson County, Oregon, is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Chief Administrative and Compliance Officer (CACO) to join their organization. The CACO will lead four mission-driven and highly skilled departments: Human Resources, Communications and Development, Compliance, Facilities and Maintenance, and their site Planning and Design Team. This executive team member role requires collaborative and dynamic skills in areas such as executive team collaboration, communication, strategic leadership, program and project development, workforce pipeline development, recruitment and retention strategies, enhancing employee experience and company culture, developing long-term facility strategies, creating safe and effective environments, policy and procedure creation, and financial, operational, and legal compliance. The CACO will ensure strategic clarity and mission alignment, develop integrated organizational plans, lead transformational change, foster community awareness, represent the organization internally and externally, prioritize initiatives, allocate resources efficiently, promote a "one team" culture, foster continuous development, and travel to explore resources locally, within the state, and nationally. RCH was founded in 1971 with the purpose of creating a healthcare facility that prioritizes safe and equitable access without judgment, a mission that continues today. They provide a wide range of services including primary medical, mental and behavioral health, dental, outreach, pharmacy, administrative support, and student healthcare across seventeen sites.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in business administration or other related field required, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Minimum 10 years’ demonstrating progressively more responsible senior level experience in related capacities.
  • Non-profit healthcare experience highly preferred.
  • Must complete a criminal background check.
  • Must complete a pre-employment drug screen once a conditional offer is accepted.

Nice To Haves

  • Masters degree preferred.
  • Experience in Health Care Administration is desirable.
  • SHRM-Certified Professional, Certified in Healthcare Compliance, or similar certifications is desirable.
