About The Position

Continue building your Operator story while contributing to another restaurant. Graduates of the Chick-fil-A Leadership Development Program bring rare operational experience, cultural alignment, and a deep understanding of what it takes to steward a restaurant well. As the selection process for your permanent Owner/Operator role unfolds, we are connecting LDP graduates with Operators who would benefit from an experienced, high-trust leader for a season. These roles are temporary leadership placements designed to benefit both the candidate and the Operator.

Requirements

  • Scheduled completion of the Leadership Development Program
  • A desire to continue growing and investing in Chick-fil-A while pursuing Operator selection
  • Flexibility to temporarily serve another restaurant’s business
  • A heart for developing people and stewarding the Chick-fil-A brand

Responsibilities

  • Continue contributing meaningfully to a restaurant business
  • Strengthen your story as a future Owner/Operator
  • Gain mentorship from another experienced Operator
  • Impact guests, teams, and results while awaiting selection
