About The Position

Join the team at Reliable Chevrolet Springfield as a Chevrolet Service Valet. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their vehicles are safely and efficiently transported within the service department. You will play a key role in delivering a seamless, positive service experience, helping to maintain the high standards our dealership is known for.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate vehicles safely in a busy environment.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon arrival and assist with vehicle drop-off and pick-up.
• Transport customer vehicles safely between the service drive, service bays, and customer parking lot.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service lot and parking areas.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members to facilitate smooth operations.
• Perform routine vehicle checks to ensure safety and functionality during transportation.
• Assist with various tasks around the service department as needed.
