Requirements

Previous sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, or automotive experience preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to succeed.
Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales opportunities.
Professional appearance and customer-first mindset.
Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Applicants must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the US.
Applicants must have a valid driver's license, be insurable by the company and pass a mandatory background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers and build rapport through outstanding customer service.
Understand customer needs, preferences, lifestyle, and budget to recommend the best vehicle solutions.
Present and demonstrate Chevrolet vehicles, highlighting key features, technology, safety systems, and benefits.
Conduct vehicle test drives and answer product-related questions with confidence and professionalism.
Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact through delivery.
Explain financing options, warranties, protection products, and current dealership promotions.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on leads using dealership CRM tools.
Build long-term customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
Stay informed on Chevrolet products, competitive vehicles, inventory availability, and market trends.
Work collaboratively with management and team members to achieve individual and dealership sales goals.
