Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer service from the initial greeting through vehicle delivery and beyond.
- Conduct test drives and provide product demonstrations.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to ensure a first-class ownership experience.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of Chevrolet products, incentives, and market trends.
- Work collaboratively with our finance and service teams to create a seamless customer experience.
