Experienced Cherry Picker Operator - 2nd Shift
About The Position
We are seeking experienced Cherry Picker Operators to join the warehouse team in Hesperia, California. The role involves moving, loading, stacking, and relocating merchandise—primarily furniture—throughout the warehouse using a cherry picker forklift. Operators must be able to lift items weighing 35–51 pounds unassisted, stand for extended periods, and use an RF Gun. Prior warehouse cherry picker experience is required, and forklift testing will be conducted upon hire. This is a temporary/seasonal, full-time position with the opportunity to move into a permanent role based on performance and business needs. The second-shift schedule is Monday through Friday, 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. or until work is completed. Mandatory overtime is required as needed based on operational demand; weekends and holidays may also be required when necessary. The position pays $23.00 per hour. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and reside in California. Background checks, drug screens, and other verifications are part of the hiring process.
Requirements
- At least one year of prior experience as a Cherry Picker Driver in a warehouse; cherry picker forklift experience is required.
- Ability to lift items weighing 35–51 pounds independently.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Comfort using an RF Gun.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must reside in California.
- Must complete cherry picker forklift testing upon hire.
