Requirements
- Attention to detail.
- Good communication
- Able to safely operate equipment in unique situations.
- Good Math skills
- High School Diploma and 1-year experience as an equipment operator.
Responsibilities
- Count and verify accuracy of product in assigned inventory locations using RF scanner equipment.
- Actively implement 5S principles during cycle counting process (Sort, Straighten, Sustain, Sweep, Standardize).
- Provides daily preventative maintenance checks of equipment as required.
- Assist in reconciling variances brought forth through cycle counting
- Resolve discrepancies which arise during cycle counts, by way of product transfer, relocation, or removing/replacing damaged items.
- Conduct searches in order to locate misclassified inventory
- Observe and follow safety procedures
- Safely operate a cherry order picker equipment
- Ability to use a computer or RF scanner to perform cycle counts and physical inventory counts
- Other duties as assigned by management.
