About The Position

Glenlyon Norfolk School (GNS) is seeking an exceptional educator to join their learning community as a Chemistry Teacher for the Senior School. This is a permanent, full-time position starting in August 2026. GNS educators are expected to deliver an internationally recognized 'gold standard' of education, supporting the delivery of International Baccalaureate (IB) units that incorporate the BC curriculum. The role involves supporting and inspiring students' academic, co-curricular, and personal growth through a high level of pastoral care. Teachers are expected to be passionate educators who make an active contribution to co-curricular programs and participate fully in the school community.

Requirements

  • Valid BC teaching certificate.
  • Demonstrated experience teaching Science and Chemistry at the senior school level.
