Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Demonstrated reliable attendance and a consistent work history.
- Ability to reliably commute to the work location and work the assigned schedule.
- Familiarity with patient confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines preferred.
Nice To Haves
- associate’s degree or higher preferred
- Previous night-shift experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist Medical Technologists (MTs) and Medical Laboratory Technicians (MLTs) with a range of laboratory procedures.
- Use automated instruments, electronic systems, and precision tools; provide basic troubleshooting as needed.
- Participate in proficiency testing and quality assurance initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation, answer phones professionally, and ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
- Follow established safety and infection control protocols.
- Take on new duties as operational needs evolve and gain valuable experience for future advancement.
- Maintain consistent, punctual, and reliable attendance to ensure continuity of operations and support for our team and patients.
