About The Position
The student assistant will help the Chemistry Lab Coordinator prep and clean up labs.
Requirements
- Must be a student.
Responsibilities
- Washing, cleaning and putting up labware.
- Cleaning and organizing various lab equipment.
- Cleaning and waste disposal of lab surfaces, chemicals, and trash.
- Preparation of solutions used in the various labs.
- Preparation/clean-up of each lab, including dispensing glassware, solutions, equipment, and other lab needs.
- Assist in chemical inventory and restock of chemicals.
- Retrieval of packages from the mailroom.
- Cleaning/organizing chemical/lab supply and stock.
