About The Position

As part of the T&I Team, the Chemist evaluates, selects, and independently applies standard engineering and scientific techniques, processes, and criteria, making minor modifications to achieve clear, specific project results within a narrow focus area. The role contributes to Research and Development projects by analyzing and interpreting test results, connecting findings to follow-up investigations and research, and maintaining accurate records while developing expertise.

Requirements

• Three years of experience in a similar role.

Nice To Haves

• A master’s degree in engineering with Chemistry, Materials Science, or Geology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret test results using established methods and specially adapted processes.
• Connect results from different tests and assess their impact on follow-up investigations and research activities.
• Plan work within the constraints of a research program or test schedule.
• Liaise with maintenance staff regarding fault repairs and modifications.
• Review data for precision, accuracy, and compliance with quality standards before reporting.
• Participate in Research and Development project-related tasks, maintain accurate records, and expand expertise.
• Perform other duties as required.
