About The Position
The Chemist II position performs a variety of standard chemical analyses and physical tests in accordance with prescribed procedures in a laboratory; calculates data and test results, and keeps records; and performs other duties as required.
Requirements
- Must be a citizen, national, or permanent resident alien of the United States, or eligible under federal law for unrestricted employment in the United States.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university with a major in chemistry or a closely related science which included at least 30 semester credit hours in chemistry courses including organic, inorganic, analytical and/or physical chemistry.
- Possession of a valid driver's license at the time of appointment.

- Calculates data and test results.

- Performs other duties as required.
