About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 0-2 years of industrial experience, including product development and formulation.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge in polymers, coatings, and surface chemistry a plus.
• Knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop new and improved products to meet customer demands in a rapid manner.
• Interact with suppliers to identify and qualify raw materials.
• Provide technical support to all company departments including Sales, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Quality Control.
• Support Technical Sales by attending product trials at customer sites.
• Create detailed technical reports by organizing and summarizing work.
• Characterize, handle, label, inspect, and dispose of hazardous waste in accordance with environmental regulations.
