About The Position

This role involves performing flow and pressure testing on parts, assemblies, and components according to work instructions, specifications, and customer requirements. The technician will set up, operate, and monitor test equipment, verify test results, identify failures, and complete required documentation. Responsibilities also include performing cleanliness verification inspections, supporting the operation of the Titanium Clean Line, and adhering to all chemical handling, safety, PPE, and environmental procedures. The position requires maintaining proper part identification, traceability, and segregation, performing basic equipment checks, and collaborating with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to resolve issues.

Requirements

  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use gauges, fixtures, test equipment, and measuring tools.
  • Comfortable working around chemicals, cleaning processes, and pressure test equipment.
  • Ability to recognize nonconforming conditions and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move parts as required.
  • Ability to follow written work instructions, procedures, and customer specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in testing, inspection, and documentation.
  • High school diploma or GED Equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Flow / Pressure Testing on parts, assemblies, and components according to work instructions, specifications, and customer requirements.
  • Set up, operate, and monitor flow and pressure test equipment.
  • Verify test results, identify failures or out-of-tolerance conditions, and notify supervision or quality personnel as needed.
  • Complete required documentation, travelers, logs, and inspection records accurately and on time.
  • Perform Cleanliness Verification inspections to confirm parts meet cleanliness requirements before release or next operation.
  • Support operation of the Titanium Clean Line, including part preparation, cleaning, rinsing, drying, and handling.
  • Follow all chemical handling, safety, PPE, and environmental procedures.
  • Maintain proper part identification, traceability, and segregation throughout processing.
  • Perform basic equipment checks, routine housekeeping, and preventive maintenance support.
  • Work with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to resolve processing or test-related issues.
