Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience of 6+ years in managing chemical plant operations.
Deep knowledge of process safety, environmental regulations, and quality management systems.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
