About The Position

PSC Group is hiring a Chemical Loading Operator for a full-time role involving hands-on training and safety-focused work. The operator works at a loading rack to secure and inspect vessels, transfer product according to procedures, verify weight limits, complete paperwork, and communicate with site leadership, coworkers, and customer contacts. Other duties may be assigned. Regular on-site attendance and punctuality are required. The position operates on a 12-hour rotating schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays. The role may require wearing PPE and passing required medical exams, with or without reasonable accommodations.

Requirements

• Be 18 years or older and legally able to work in the United States.
• Speak, write, and read fluent English.
• Maintain regular on-site attendance and punctuality.
• Wear all required personal protective equipment without restriction and pass any required medical exams.
• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check.
• A valid driver's license and/or valid TWIC card may be required depending on work location.

Nice To Haves

• Experience is a plus, but not required; paid on-the-job training is available.
• Previous military experience and a proven ability to follow procedures are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the vessel is secured and inspected at the loading rack.
• Transfer product according to procedures.
• Check product and vessel weight to ensure limitations are not exceeded.
• Complete required paperwork before releasing the vessel.
• Communicate with site leadership, team members, and customer contacts.
• Complete other duties that may be assigned to complete the job.
