Requirements

High school diploma or GED required; technical or manufacturing training preferred.
Previous manufacturing or chemical plant experience preferred.
Ability to safely work with chemicals, equipment, and industrial machinery.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions and formulas.
Forklift experience or certification preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced production environment.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, overtime, and follow all safety and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

Operate mixing, blending, and packaging equipment used in adhesive manufacturing.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), batch sheets, and safety guidelines.
Monitor production processes and make adjustments to maintain product quality and consistency.
Perform material handling activities including raw material charging, drum handling, and inventory movements.
Conduct routine equipment inspections, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting.
Maintain accurate production, quality, and safety documentation.
Support housekeeping, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
