Requirements

  • Experience working in a chemical manufacturing or industrial operations environment is required.
  • Strong understanding of process operations, safety protocols, and quality control in a chemical plant setting.
  • Ability to operate process control systems and basic instrumentation used in chemical processing.
  • Knowledge of standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and environmental compliance.
  • Capability to perform routine equipment inspections and basic troubleshooting to support continuous production.
  • Must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

Nice To Haves

  • 1-3 years of experience in chemical plant operations or related industrial environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and follow detailed instructions.
  • Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to changing operational demands.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor chemical processing equipment to ensure safe and efficient production.
  • Conduct routine inspections and process checks to maintain quality and compliance with safety standards.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities and report any deviations or incidents.
  • Follow all safety environmental, and quality procedures rigorously.
