About The Position

CHT USA is seeking a dedicated Chemical Operator (GMP) - 3rd Shift to join their team. In this role, you will operate equipment and semi-automatic systems to transform chemicals into high-quality products. This position offers a 6% shift premium.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 5+ years of chemical operator or related experience
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
• Eager to learn and collaborate with a diverse team
• Comfortable working in environments governed by OSHA’s PSM standards

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Build production batches and complete batch documentation in compliance with cGMP and GDP standards
• Load/unload chemicals, operate pumps and filters, and monitor temperatures and run speeds
• Perform in-process testing and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area (6S)
• Collaborate with QC, R&D, customer service, and production planning teams
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and submit repair requests
• Train other employees and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Uphold safety, quality, and environmental standards while meeting KPI targets
