THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the Phosphates Plant Manager, the Phosphates Production Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations while developing a high-performing team and delivering production results.
Here’s what you’ll own:
Lead daily plant operations to achieve safety, quality, production, and reliability objectives.
Develop, coach, and support Phosphates Technicians to build a skilled, engaged, and accountable workforce.
Champion safety, environmental, and compliance initiatives through training, audits, investigations, and continuous improvement efforts.
Drive operational excellence by monitoring plant performance, identifying root causes, and implementing process improvements that reduce downtime and loss.
Coordinate maintenance priorities, capital projects, equipment commissioning, and cross-functional initiatives that strengthen plant performance.

THE QUALIFICATIONS
The right candidate is a hands-on manufacturing leader who combines strong operational expertise with a safety-first mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for developing people and improving processes.
What you bring:
Technical degree related to chemical manufacturing or equivalent chemical manufacturing experience.
3-5 years of supervisory experience in a chemical manufacturing or similar industrial environment.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience leading safe work practices and driving EH&S compliance.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to work within plant systems and operational databases.
Experience with process improvement, root cause analysis, or reliability initiatives.
Knowledge of RCMS, ISO, quality systems, or regulated manufacturing environments.
Experience supporting capital projects, equipment commissioning, or production trials.
